Died peacefully at Great War Memorial Hospital, Perth on Sunday December 25, 2011. Austin Paynter of Westport (formerly of Montreal) in his 91st year. Beloved husband of Carmel (Kane) for 64 years. Dear father of Lynn (Gabriel) Kampf; Susan (Ronald) Pam; Gerard (Debbie) Paynter; Ken Paynter and Louise (Patrick) Bongers. Fondly remembered by 13 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Predeceased by his parents Fred and Eva Paynter and sister Anne Cameron.
Friends will be received at Lyons Funeral Home, Westport on Thursday December 29, 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday 11:00 AM at St. Edwards Church. Interment: St. Edwards Cemetery
