WILMA ALMEDA ELIZABETH SNIDER
Peacefully entered into rest on Saturday, November 17, 2018 in her 91st year. Cherished wife of the late Floyd Snider (2006). Daughter of the late Rev. Charles Wilmot Kay and Nora (Cryderman) Kay.
Beloved mother of the Rev. Glen (Mary Louise) of Peace River, AB, Ron (Evelyn) of Verona, Don (predeceased in 2002) (Darlene) of Verona, Paul (Heather) of Perth, Kathy (Jeffrey) Rice of Westport, Steven (Deborah) of Kitchener, Mark (Miriam) of Westport and David (Sharon) of Courtenay, BC. Loved by her 20 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and her many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her brother Eldon (Mildred) Kay, sister Joyce (late Ray) Elgie, brother-in-laws Raymond (Norma) Snider, Robert (Beryl) Snider and sister-in-law Alma (Earl) Whidden. Survived by her brother Allan (Donna) Kay of Belleville and her sister-in-law Mildred (late Eldon) Kay, brother-in-laws Rev. Kenneth (late June) Snider, Earl (late Alma) Whidden, sister-in-laws Norma (late Raymond) Snider, Beryl (late Robert) Snider.
Visitation will be held on November 20, 2018 at Lyons Funeral Home in Westport from 2-4 p.m. and from 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on November 21, 2018 at the Westport Free Methodist Church at 1 p.m. with visitation from 12-1 p.m. The interment service is to be held at the Westport United Church Cemetery immediately following the funeral.
